What's the minimum order?
None. We'll print a single shirt if that's what you need. Of course, the bigger the order, the better the price per shirt — see our tiered pricing on each product.
How long does an order take?
Most orders under 24 pieces are ready in 3–5 business days. 24–99 pieces takes about a week. Orders over 100 pieces can take up to two weeks. Need it faster? Check the rush option at checkout — 25% surcharge, under 48 hours.
What kind of files do you need for my logo?
PNG with a transparent background is ideal. JPG, PDF, SVG, and AI files also work. Maximum 25 MB per file. If your artwork needs cleanup (low resolution, no transparent background, blurry edges), we'll reach out before charging anything extra.
Do you charge a setup fee?
Not usually. DTF doesn't require screens, so there's no per-design setup like traditional screen printing. Occasionally if a logo needs significant cleanup we'll add a small art-prep fee ($15–25) — but only after talking to you and getting approval first.
How does payment work?
50% deposit when you approve your mockup. The balance is due on delivery or pickup. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you ship?
Yes. Free local drop-off within 25 miles of Estero (Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, etc.). Outside that radius, flat-rate shipping: $9.95 for orders under 12 pieces, $19.95 for orders 12+.
Can I order a single garment to test before a bigger order?
Absolutely. Single-piece orders are welcome and a great way to check fit, color, and print quality before committing to a bigger run.
Can I reorder the same shirts later?
Yes. After your first order you can create an account to save your designs. When you need more of the same, it's one click — same garment, same colors, same design, same placement.
What kind of businesses do you usually work with?
Plumbing and HVAC companies, landscape and pool service crews, fishing and boat charters, marinas, restaurants and bars, real estate offices, contractors, gyms and fitness studios, schools and youth sports, automotive shops, and small retail brands. If you have a business that needs your team in branded gear, we can help.
Do you do embroidery?
Not yet. Right now we focus on DTF printing, which gives full-color, photo-quality detail on every garment we offer. Embroidery is on the roadmap as the shop grows.
What if I don't love how my shirts came out?
Tell me. Every order is checked before it leaves the shop, but if something's wrong on our end we'll make it right.
Where exactly are you located?
Estero, Florida. We're not a retail storefront — we're a production shop. Local drop-off and shop pickup are by appointment after your order is ready.
